Buddy-a-Thon is going great! We are able to hire three math after-school tutors now and possibly more as the fundraiser continues. Buddy stuffing day is September 19th (parents may attend 🧸).

We appreciate all participants!

Open House - We look forward to seeing everyone next Tuesday (August 26th). Be sure to stop by the PTA table and sign-up before heading down to the Cafeteria for a quick meeting. Afterwards, you will be able to visit with your children's teachers. Parents wanting to know more about the recent ACAP scores that were sent home or any 3rd Grade Parent wishing to learn about the Literacy Act and it's impact may visit the Library at 5PM.

CLASDOJO - make sure you join your teacher's ClassDojo. This is the easiest way to receive class updates from the teacher.

Quick plug for Joining PTA: Our PTA is a great resource and an easy way to stay connected. The dues are very affordable ($7) and we are always looking for volunteers in any capacity. ALSO - All Pro Dads was started last year and we look to increase our participation and see APD's positive influence throughout the school year.

Hello! I’m excited to be working with students on improving their literacy skills! I have my B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Alabama, I am LETRS Elementary certified, and I have almost 10 years of experience in Huntsville City Schools. When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs. I also enjoy relaxing by watching my favorite shows and being outside. I can’t wait to have an amazing year!
