Dear Pingree Community,
Happy Sunday!
I can't believe it is already December! Time is flying this year!
Our featured picture this week: Ride in a firetruck winner, Jamison Mason and his friend Sean Duggan getting a ride to school in style! Thank you to the Weymouth Fire Department and the Parent Council for making such a memorable ride possible!
Please check the calendar for a full list of events lined up this month!
In addition to the Spirit Days, we are also looking forward to our Winter Concert for grades 3, 4 and 5 on December 16th. Please remember to have students in those grades wear white shirts and black pants that day. Students can change into their spirit day shirt after the concert if they so choose. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gXzvGmOOvm-9CWcE2Mk3WB0KJXus7gWY/view?usp=share_link
We also have our Holiday Shopping Spree next Friday, December 9th. Please send in the bottom portion of this form (another one will be sent home tomorrow) and up to $10 if students want to shop. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tygnlBOP45NvmqlDqyuXbpzqCyv1dhdf/view?usp=share_link
Picture retake is this Wednesday, December 7th.
Finally, we have seen an increase in student absences and tardies. It is so important that your child is here every day and on time. Please call the office before 9:15am and leave a message if your child needs to be out and send in a doctor's note for an excused absence. Also, if your child is late for school, you must walk them into the building and sign them in with the office. We love seeing your children each day and know that it is critical to their success in school.
Mrs. Ronan
