for the week of November 9-13
This weekend is National STEM day. We had the best afternoon with a custom build Trebuchet and a load of pumpkins. Students also built catapults and did activities with them during the day on Friday. Ask your child to share the highlights of this fun day! A fun video is coming soon also.
Veterans Day
Next week we will celebrate Veterans Day. All Veterans are invited to attend. We will have a breakfast reception with coffee and donuts for Veterans and their families from 7:30-8:00 in the cafeteria. Our program will begin at 8:15 and will be presented by 4th grade.
Friday, Nov 13 Diabetes Awareness Day
Students are encouraged to wear blue to show support of National Diabetes Awareness Day and our Stars who are diabetic.

Tuff Nutterz - World's Favorite Inflatable Obstacle Course
Tuff Nutterz - The World's Coolest Bouncehouse Obstacle Course, comes to Springdale and Shaw Family Park on November 7th and 8th!!
A two-hour standard session includes a Mega 1,000-foot long Obstacle Course, or an Ultimate Session also includes a Towering 20-foot tall Slide!!!
Sessions run on both November 7th and 8th at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., lasting 120 minutes.
Tickets are available in Individual, Multi-Session, Family or Toddler and can be purchased online at www.tuffnutterz.us

Check-outs: Please do not plan to check your child out between 3:00-3:10 unless you have a special plan made with the office. This is a very busy time in the office and it is difficult to ensure all messages are sent to students.
