If for some reason your child is not taking the usual route home after school (i.e. the bus), please make sure to inform your bus driver at the very least, and to let the school know by contacting the office. We cannot let children take alternate routes or get dropped off at "a friend's" without hearing from a Parent or Guardian first.

CROSS COUNTRY RACES
Round Hill sent 55 kids to the New Norway Spartan Tough run, and 61 kids were registered for the Bashaw Run. We had several kids place in the top 10 in their respective events:
NEW NORWAY
Tenner Severson - 2nd Place - Grades 1-3 Boys
Peyton Hartinger - 5th Place - Grade 5 Girls
BASHAW
Tenner Severson - 9th Place - Grades 1-3 Boys
Peyton Hartinger - 9th Place - Grade 5 Girls
Annika Holden - 7th Place - Grade 7 Girls
But it was all about having fun, and we all had a great time running and cheering each other on while enjoying the nice fall weather!
The last run in the Battle River Race Series was to be held on October 9th in Camrose. That race has now been postponed and tentatively booked for Thursday, May 7th, 2026.
Harvest Week!
Harvest Week was a big success. Students were able to see and take home the results of their labour from last year. Special thanks to all the parents, grandparents, friends and just the amazing people that helped teach our kids about planting, gardening and harvesting. Without you, our kids would not know these valuable life skills.
The Round Hill Renaissance Agriculture Foundation gave out some awards to our students for their planting last year.
The Grade 8 class won the Survivor Award in recognition of growing the most resilient garden, that grew despite the odds.
Grade 5 earned the Biggest Pumpkin Award for their pumpkin, which measured 90 cm in circumference.
Grade 3 had the Best Garden Overall. From beans to tomatoes and corn, their garden's plants were consistently among the largest, and most productive!
