Welcome Message
Dear NursesMC Nashville Families,
My name is Cynthia Garcia, and I’m proud to serve as the Recruitment, Enrollment, and Family Engagement Specialist here at NursesMC Nashville! Born and raised right here in Nashville, I’m passionate about supporting our local community and helping families feel connected and informed every step of the way. In my role, I work closely with prospective and current families to make the enrollment process smooth and welcoming. I also focus on creating meaningful opportunities for family engagement throughout the school year, because we believe that strong family partnerships are key to student success. As someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, I’m here to make sure every family feels heard, supported, and valued.
I’m so excited to be part of our first school year and to grow this incredible community together. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to help!
All the best,
Cynthia Garcia

Announcements and Updates
Celebrating the heartbeat of our school
Welcome to Vitals & Victories. The place where we check in on what really matters: our people. As part of our student and family newsletter, we'd love to share some well-deserved shoutouts to students, staff, and families who are making waves, lending a hand, and showing what it means to be part of a healthcare-focused school community.
Shoutout to Ms. Tinker
For truly hitting the ground running! One of her very first contributions to our school community was organizing a words of affirmation activity for her students—what a powerful way to start the year! She even displayed the affirmations on her classroom door, creating a daily reminder for students that they are seen, valued, and capable. We love seeing such intentional efforts to build confidence and connection from day one. Way to go, Ms. Tinker!
Please take a few minutes to complete our family needs assessment survey
Your responses will help us better understand how we can support your family and meet the needs of your child(ren). All information will be kept confidential.
Parent/Guardian volunteer interest form
We’re excited to partner with our families to make this school year full of connection, support, and successful events! If you're interested in volunteering your time or talents, please fill out the form below. Whether it’s helping at open houses, resource fairs, handing out water, translating, or simply lending a hand—every contribution makes a difference. Thank you for being an important part of our school community!
