2025-2026 Exam Waiver Information

At the beginning of each exam period, students are expected to turn their cell phones and smart watches in to the teacher. These will be returned when the exam is finished.

Seniors who are EXEMPT from semester exams (Senior only) must report to the following areas for attendance:
All textbooks for One-Semester classes must be returned to your teachers by the exam day for that class. Ultimately, we will not release next school year’s class schedule (9-11 grade) or distribute your graduation tickets (12th grade) without the textbook being turned in.

Students are not allowed to return to previous campuses to see former teachers and friends during exam week. If an East student is caught on another campus, you could receive a criminal trespass warning from Plano PD or Murphy PD.

Attention to students in classes associated with AP Classroom,

Whether you have an existing College Board account or are creating a new account make sure the email address on file is your PISD student email. You cannot use your personal email or phone number on your college board account. If you have any question your AP teachers can help walk you through this process. There is a google slides presentation that goes step by step they can share with you. This is necessary for you to be able to continue to access AP classroom throughout the school year as well as for AP testing. You can find more information here.
