Principal's Update
Dear Students, Parents, and Members of the Dater School Community,
As we wrap up another school year at Dater High School, I want to thank our students, families, teachers, and staff for their hard work, collaboration, and support throughout the year.
Please remember that the last day of school is Thursday, May 28th. We have some fun end-of-year activities planned to celebrate our students and all that they have accomplished this school year. We want everyone to enjoy these events safely and responsibly, so we ask all students to continue following school expectations and rules through the final day of school.
Let’s finish the year strong by showing respect for one another, making positive choices, and enjoying the final three days of the school year together.
Have a safe, restful, and enjoyable summer break. We look forward to welcoming everyone back next school year!
Best regards,
J. Madison, Principal

Summer Sun Bucks
Ohio SUN Bucks Program is back this summer! Please share with your households the information on the Student Dining Services SUN Bucks webpage about how each student can receive a one-time benefit of $120 this summer (participation will not affect children or families’ immigration status).
If the student already participates in SNAP, OWF, is income eligible and receiving Medicaid benefits, or has had an application approved for free/reduced meals, the student will automatically be enrolled to receive summer benefits - households do not need to take any action.
Students enrolled at Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) schools that are not automatically enrolled by one of the above qualifications, then households can apply for SUN Bucks by completing the online application available at sebt.ohio.gov.
If a household is unsure if their student qualifies for SUN Bucks, we encourage them to complete the application. IF IN DOUBT, FILL IT OUT!
