That is a wrap on the first marking period. November 4th will start marking period 2, which includes some schedule changes for our students. Report cards will be available on the Parent Portal on November 8th. Please reach out to your child's counselor if your child is struggling.

TNT week was a lot of fun as we embarked on five days of school spirit. All week, teams tried to earn points by competing in trivia and games. The final competition was held on Friday, at our Pep Rally. Students and teachers signed up to participate in events such as mattress races, musical chairs, tug-o-war, and potato sack races. The gym was full of cheers as their teammates competed to earn points. In the end, it was team Draco that took home the championship title. Check out the video which is linked below.

Yesterday was Halloween, and the kids' costumes did not disappoint. Students enjoyed a day of fun, snacks, and laughs, as their teams celebrated together. Our office staff dressed as Starbucks Baristas and served the staff drinks and breakfast while our Counselors were Post-It notes. It was a blast seeing all of the kids dressed up and having fun, especially after working so hard on academics in marking period one.

Students made dog caricature paintings. These works are inspired by the work of Ron Burns and his paintings of the dogs who helped out at Ground Zero after the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.

Middle school is an exciting time, as it allows our students to be part of a NT Sport team! At the middle school level, modified is an opportunity for students to try a sport they have never played, or participate at a beginner level. Here are the available winter sports:
