🔨Makers Day
Each year, Whitehouse School teachers use New Jersey Makers Day to inspire and activate the minds of their students. Children engaged in the Engineering Design Process to create mini-models as they tried to solve the Alice in Wonderland - inspired challenges! Students worked in groups to imagine, collaborate, and innovate in the construction of these amazing models. They truly had a hands-on learning experience while unleashing their creativity!
🐇Alice's Wonderland comes to Whitehouse School
The third grade Drama and Storytelling Clubs are so proud of their musical performance, "Alice's Wonderland". The students worked hard from October through March as they learned their songs, dances, lines and staging in preparation for the show. Their directors, Mr. Schubert and Dr. Bengels, are delighted with their growth and the whole school is thrilled with their production. We hope you had a chance to see it and that younger students consider taking part in our annual thematic unit show when they are in third grade. A video of the production will be coming out on the school webpage soon. Be on the lookout!

We Are Cubs of Character!!!
Grit Month 💜
We are teaching the children to show GRIT during the month of April. Grit is the determination and passion to keep working towards a long-term goal, even when things get hard. Please partner with us and encourage your children to continue to show good character as they earn your permission to shade in pieces of their bucket-filler GRIT puzzle!
