PARENT OPEN HOUSE/CURRICULUM NIGHT

When you arrive, you will report to the gym for a brief welcome and explanation of the night. Parents then will be going through their child's schedule with shortened times. Each student will be making a schedule Tuesday afternoon, 9/16/25, to bring home to you. Please be on the lookout for the schedule as this is a day early. If you do not have their schedule when you arrive, we can make one for you that night. Also, it is preferred, that the student and other children do not attend, unless there is no other choice for your family.

This is a great opportunity for Teachers and Parents/Guardians to make a connection and form a working relationship. This is optional and we hope to see many of you on Wednesday night and as always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS

Hey CTMS Families!

We’re excited to kick off our first fundraising opportunity for the year! Each grade level will have the chance to raise money by running the Snack Shack at athletic games throughout the season.

Soccer and Cross Country are up first, and we’ve set up a SignUpGenius (link below).

  • Each game date is for ONE grade level only.

    • Example: If an 8th-grade parent signs up first for the 9/15 game, then that game will belong to 8th grade. Parents of 6th and 7th graders should pick other dates.

  • There are 8 games on the schedule right now, so plenty of chances to help out!

Can’t volunteer your time? No worries! We’ll also be sending out a donation form soon so families can help stock the Shack with snacks and drinks.

Thank you in advance for supporting our students—we couldn’t do this without you! https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C084BAEAD2CAAFBC07-58581684-bobcat#/
