2026 Art Show

The HFE Gym will be transformed into a gallery space for our student masterpieces on November 18th for Fine Arts Night! Come view the talented artists of Heards Ferry K-5 students, and purchase your child's framed artwork. It make a wonderful keepsake of the event or a beautiful gift for someone special. 23% of every sale returns to our school to support the Fine Arts Programs, so thank you to all who support us! You can purchase your child's framed art from 5:30 until 6:30, but THERE WILL BE NO MORE SALES AND DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 6:30. You can skip the lines and continue to pick-up your artwork until 7 pm outside the gym doors IF YOU PRE-PURCHASE your child's framed art before 5pm, November 18th. Look below for the link to pre-purchase and what to do if you miss the art show and frame sale.

If you pre-purchase your child's framed original art before 5 pm, November 18th, then you can skip the sale lines at the art show! Here's how:

1. Find your child's artwork.
2. Ooh and awww at it, and tell your kid how amazing it is.
3. Make sure there is a pre-purchased sticker on the tag for it (more details to come later).
4. Take it to a volunteer and show them your artwork with the sticker on the tag.
5. The volunteer will give you a bag for it, and you walk out of there with your head held high above the others still waiting in line.

MORE PERKS!!! If you are late and couldn't make it to the art show from 5:30-6:30, you can still pick yours up until 7 pm! Go to the pre-purchased pick-up table outside the gym and give the volunteer your child's grade and full name (first and last). They will give you the framed artwork and a bag for you to take it home. Easy peasy!

BUT, WAIT! THERE'S MORE!!! If you couldn't make it to the Art Show on November 18th at all, your child's artwork will be delivered to your child's classroom by 1:30 pm, November 20th for them to take it home for you.

You can view and share your child's artwork on the online gallery. You can also PRE-PURCHASE your child's framed art for easy pick-up. Framed reproductions and blank frames are also available to purchase. Reproductions, blank frames, and framed artwork sale made after 6:30pm, November 18th will be delivered to the school or your choice of address in December before Winter Break. Remember, if you pre-purchase your framed original artwork by 5pm, November 18th, then you can pick it up without waiting in the sales line.

The online art show and sale will continue through November 30th. Orders made after 6:30, November 18 will be delivered to the school or your choice of address in December before Winter Break.
