The Second Grade Team would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the parents who chaperoned our recent field trip to see the Thunderbird American Indian Dancers. Your time and dedication helped make this experience possible for our scholars. This field trip provided our second graders with an opportunity to witness traditional Native American dances, music, and storytelling. Through this cultural experience, students gained a deeper understanding of the diverse traditions and rich heritage of America's indigenous people.

As we continue to settle into the school year, we kindly request your support in reinforcing the importance of following our School Motto with your scholars. I will Respect Myself and Others, I will Opt to Be Scholarly, I will Act Responsibly, and I will React with Kindness.

Lastly, as the weather gets colder, please ensure that your scholar’s school uniform jackets/coats are labeled to prevent any mix-ups.
