A year in review (2025-2026)....THANK YOU!
It is hard to believe that we have reached the end of the 2025–2026 school year! This year has truly flown by, and it has been incredible to watch our students learn, grow, and accomplish so much along the way. From the very first day of school to now, we have seen tremendous growth academically, socially, and emotionally, and we could not be more proud of all they have achieved.
Throughout the year, our students have demonstrated kindness, perseverance, creativity, and determination. They have worked hard, supported one another, and embraced new challenges with positive attitudes. Whether in the classroom, during special events, on field trips, through performances, or in everyday moments of learning and friendship, this school year has been filled with so many memories that we will cherish.
We also want to take a moment to sincerely thank our parents and families for your continued support, encouragement, and partnership throughout the school year. Your involvement, communication, and commitment to your child’s education make such a meaningful difference. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you place in us each day and for the many ways you have supported our school community. Working together truly helps our students succeed.
As summer begins, we hope your family enjoys a season filled with relaxation, fun, laughter, and special time together. We encourage our students to continue exploring, reading, learning new things, and making wonderful memories over the break. They have earned a summer full of joy and celebration after all of their hard work this year.
Thank you again for being such an important part of a fantastic 2025–2026 school year. We are so proud of our students and all they have accomplished. Have a safe, happy, and restful summer, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back in August for another amazing year of learning and growth!

Baby Chicks are invading SCE
Take a look at these adorable baby chicks that were born. Our first graders got the opportunity to learn about the process and our entire building was able to love on these sweet little chicks.
Water Recess Fun!
Students were given the opportunity to participate in activities during water recess. This was part of our end of the year incentive. Enoy the pictures!

Showcasing SCE's AMAZING Talent
Sycamore Creek Elementary held its first talent show this year for third and fourth grade students. The students did a wonderful job showcasing their talents. Thank you to all of the participants for having the courage to get on stage and thank you to the parents for their support.

PTO News!
As we end the year, the PTO is so grateful for all that we were able to do this school year. From APEX to the Elf Shop, our amazing Leprechaun Beard Challenge, an unforgettable carnival-themed Staff Appreciation Week, Fun Day and so much more, we had so much fun!
This is our “why,” the reason we work so hard to fundraise, so we can continue creating special memories for our students and staff. But none of it would have been possible without all of you. Whether you donated money or items, supported our fundraisers, or volunteered your time, we simply could not have done what we did this year without the support of our school community.
We want to thank you from the bottom of our PTO hearts for all of your support. We are so grateful for this incredible school community that never ceases to amaze us with its generosity. When we ask, you deliver and we appreciate you more than words can say.
We also want to give a huge shout-out to our amazing treasurers, Laura Cassel and Julie Allison, who are wrapping up their time in this role. You will be so missed, and we are beyond grateful for all you have done. We are excited to welcome our new treasurer, Lindsey Jeffrey, who has already shown how wonderful she is. We look forward to her officially stepping into her new role next school year.
For now, we rest, we brainstorm, and we get ready for another amazing year ahead. We hope you have the most wonderful summer SCE, we’ll see you next school year!
