Next Steps Event

In partnership with South San Francisco Unified School District and Skyline College, JUHSD hosted the Next Steps Event on April 22nd. The event provided Career Technical Education Capstone students the opportunity to gain an understanding of post-secondary options and career readiness knowledge through workshop sessions and the Skyline College panel.

Workshop sessions were conducted by our industry and community partners, click here to view the digital brochure of workshops and presenters. We are grateful for their dedication and commitment to preparing JUHSD students for the 21st-century workforce.

Students felt that the workshops were relevant as they equipped them with tools and resources for the Next Steps. One student commented, Thank you for all the hard work! I learned a lot of new things that I can apply to future opportunities; the programs were very engaging.
