All absences should have documentation turned in within three days.
Parents or guardians should have the student’s full name, date missed, reason for the absence and a parent signature.
Medical notes must have the, student name, date of visit and the doctor’s signature. Medical excuses may be faxed to the school @ 979-543-2528.
A student arriving late must report to the principal’s office to sign in and request a tardy slip. Please note that after the 15-minute mark you will be counted absent.
If you are leaving school you must report to the Principal’s Office to sign out.
Students, now is the opportunity for you to become a chamber ambassador. Chamber ambassadors represent and serve the community of El Campo by volunteering and serving at community events. These events include the Chamber Gala, Crawfish Boil, Prairie Days, Harvest Breakfast, Christmas Parade, and the Christmas Mall. Becoming a chamber ambassador makes you eligible for the chamber scholarship. What a great way to serve your community and have the opportunity to earn a scholarship. Remember! Once a chamber ambassador, always a chamber ambassador. Applications can be picked up from Mrs. Terrazas and returned to the counselor's office by Thursday, September 24th.

HOSA Meeting
Next HOSA meeting will be Tuesday September 15th during A lunch in Mrs. Kacer's room H7 OR B lunch in Mrs. Hopper's room AV-4. It's not too late to join!
The last day to drop a class for a 100% refund was last Friday. Starting today through Sept. 27th, students will owe 30% of the class. After the 27th, the refund amount is less. Here's the drop information:
