Principal's Update
As we head into the upcoming week, I am incredibly proud to share that our overall school score is an 84.2, the highest score our school has earned since CCRPI began in 2012. This milestone reflects the dedication, hard work, and collective commitment of our students, staff, and families. The CCRPI score is made up of many different components:
One of our greatest strengths continues to be Progress, with an outstanding score of 93.6, including exceptional results in ELA (99.76) and Mathematics (93.96). We will continue our focus on improving Progress toward English Language Proficiency (63.86) to ensure success for all learners.
Our work in Closing Gaps resulted in a score of 71.9, which met our improvement target and continued commitment to equity. Additionally, our Readiness score of 88.9—with 77.47% of students reading at or above grade level and 89.50% student attendance—shows that our students are being well prepared for future success. In addition, Beyond the Core (99.79) highlights outstanding participation in enrichment and extended learning opportunities.
Our Content Mastery stands at 76.1, with strong performance in English Language Arts (79.13) and Mathematics (78.31). We are encouraged by the steady gains being made in Science (68.50) and Social Studies (67.98) which remain areas of focus for continued growth.
Thank you for your continued support as we celebrate this historic achievement and continue striving for excellence every day.
Kind regards,
Principal Garrett
