Scholar of the Week

Sabrina Su was nominated by the English Department. "Sabrina Su exhibits the qualities of a thinker, contributor, and communicator on a daily basis in AP LIT. She provides in-depth analysis and commentary in class discussions, works well with her table in creating thesis statements and body paragraphs, and actively works at improving based on feedback. Sabrina never hesitates to ask for positive criticism on her thesis statements, which is partly the reason why she is growing in her writing. However, she just consistently strives to improve, which makes Sabrina a joy to have in the classroom. She is more than deserving of being recognized as Scholar of the Week, and I cannot wait to see how she finishes off the second semester and finds success on the AP exam."
