Noble Family Newsletter
Summer Edition
At Noble Elementary, we believe that every student has the right to learn and grow in a safe and respectful environment. We also believe that every student has the power to make positive choices, learn from mistakes, and become stronger leaders in our school community. Noble Elementary empowers all students for college and career readiness through AVID’s schoolwide focus on WICOR, student success skills, and a growth mindset.
We’ve been busy making Noble shine for the upcoming school year! Over the summer, we’ve made major progress on several facility improvements throughout the building. We are currently finalizing brand-new carpet installation in our second-floor hallways and replacing the tiles and flooring in our stairwells. Plus, our long-awaited cafeteria renovation project is officially underway! We are so excited for you all to return to a refreshed, beautifully updated space.
Summer is Still Here
Noble Families,
I hope you and your children are soaking up every bit of the summer and enjoying time to relax, recharge, and make wonderful memories together!
While there are still plenty of summer days left to enjoy, we wanted to reach out and share a few key updates as we prepare for the upcoming school year. Below, you will find important information regarding our staff, building operations, and upcoming back-to-school events to help your family prepare for a smooth, successful start.
I am so excited to step into year two alongside all of our amazing students and families. Reflecting on everything we accomplished together last year, I cannot wait to build on that momentum, energy, and community spirit that makes Noble such a special place to learn and grow. Thank you for your partnership and dedication to our school family. Enjoy the rest of your well-deserved summer break, and please take a moment to review the updates below when you have a chance!

Meet Dr. Watson
I am thrilled to announce that Dr. Michelle Watson will be joining Noble full-time this fall as a building administrator to support our leadership team!
Dr. Watson is certainly no stranger to CH-UH or to educational leadership, bringing years of administrative experience to our building. Having worked with her previously at Baumgardner (formerly Monticello Middle School), I can personally share what a absolute delight she is to partner with.
Dr. Watson comes to us most recently from Fairfax Elementary, where she served during the 2025–2026 school year. She is well-versed in our CH-UH Student Code of Conduct, deeply understands PBIS as it relates to our students and families, and is constantly analyzing academic, cultural, and operational data to proactively strengthen our school-wide systems and structures. While Fairfax was a wonderful home for her this past year, Dr. Watson is thrilled to join the Noble team, and we could not be more excited to welcome her!

Attention: Student Code of Conduct
As we count down to the first day of school, now is a great time to sit down with your child and review the CH-UH Student Code of Conduct. Clear expectations and consistent routines help ensure a safe, focused, and positive learning environment for all of our Tigers!
At Noble, we utilize a progressive discipline system where choices have clear consequences. We believe in "sweating the small stuff" so that minor distractions don't turn into bigger disruptions. Please take a moment to review these key expectations with your student:
Punctuality: Arriving at school and class on time sets the tone for a successful day.
Cell Phones & Personal Electronics: All phones, smartwatches, and headphones will continue to be collected safely upon arrival each morning and returned at dismissal.
Distraction-Free Attire: Articles of clothing or accessories that create a distraction—such as large purses, bags in class, and ski masks—are strictly prohibited.
Safe Conduct: Horseplay, roughhousing, and unsafe behaviors are not permitted in hallways, classrooms, or on school grounds.
