1. What is ATM?
- Add, Tag, Message. It’s a follow up system, what you do after you introduce a friend to Arbonne. Regardless if they buy or not, everyone you introduce to Arbonne you ask them to take a look at your product review group
2.) How do I use the group?
- Anytime you meet someone and bring up Arbonne, that person gets added to Healthy Living Simplified FB Group
- When you meet someone at the gym, grocery store, a playdate, home party, coffee appointment, etc and you bring up Arbonne the very next exposure is your product review group.
- “Oh my gosh I can’t go a day without (my energy fizz- fill in the blank)! Have you seen the reviews on this?? (no) Let me add you to this product review group, it’s amazing!”
- Ask for their number to text the direct link, and send them a friend request. Tag them in a bunch of posts, utilize a guides if someone wants to know about ingredients/brand info etc
- Let the GROUP sell them on Arbonne and it’s products after you introduced
them and gave your own love statement/testimony
- From there, by taking the selling off you and letting the system do the work, what you “do” becomes less difficult and salesy to MOST people. Anyone can add people to the group to let others reviews convince someone Arbonne is great!
3.) Do we put prospects AND PC’s in this group?
- YES. This group is meant to help do the heavy lifting and sell someone who isn’t yet a PC by letting our client community of testimonies flood their feed. This allows someone other than you to influence their buying decision.
- Once a prospect turns into a PC, now you direct their attention to the Wellness Webinars and let them know how they can win a free product every month!
4.) Do we need to worry about B.E.S.T. and compliance issues?
5.) Will my PCs know about new products, incentives, the free gift list etc?
Yes. I already post any corporate PC incentives and new products. It's marked as an announcement/pinned to the top of the group each month
6.) What if I used my VIP group to post PERSONAL incentives and giveaways, where do I do that now?
I suggest you and your team use an app called “hit em up” to mass communicate. It’s a game changer for so many reasons. You can mass text 100+ PERSONAL messages to any group of contacts you determine in minutes. If you want to give away a box of limited edition fizz for someone hosting, text your VIPs the news!
7.) What if my team already has large VIP client groups?
- Combining with multiple nations to make this massive product review group will save your team time long term and build their business faster
- Where else are you funneling people that aren't yet PCs?
- I suggest your team uses this the HIT EM UP app to communicate to existing PCs that you are moving them to a more robust group on FB that they will love- Healthy Living Simplified
- You can go live in the VIP group and link the new group, you can manually invite each PC to the group and/or mass text each using HIT EM UP app
8.) What are the Wednesday Webinars?
These calls SELL your PCs, EDUCATE them, and give them a chance to win a FREE PRODUCT each month. They learn of products they don't already buy or didn't know we had. These calls are what adds value to our PCs. I assigned 4 DMs on my team to rotate hosting these weekly calls, so they are only accountable to host once/mo. They follow a basic script and introduce the guest speaker.
9.) Then what?
- The goal from here is to have your best PCs consider joining you in the business and graduate them to the last group where you ATM them again Facebook Live Discover Arbonne!
- I created the cover photo to match HLS theme, and helped set this group up so it mimics the same valuable information as my friend who showed me this system
- See the GUIDES section to tag people in. Also tag them in relevant biz videos - Once you’ve put someone through the FULL system you can easily show them what you just did and how simple it was just putting someone in front of information and ATM’ing them!
- We are selling our simple SYSTEM once they are sold on the products/brand

4.) Next, Add your leaders to HLS and FB Live Discover Arbonne. Have them
add their teams. NVPs request admin access to Kristen direct, then you
can mark your RVPs
5.) For consultants that have VIP groups on FB, let them know how to move
their active PCs over using the “hit em up” app and a simple message with
the new link, or they can go live in the group. Some with larger PC groups
are choosing not to touch current PCs and use this system for new
prospects and starting from scratch which is great!
What can we divvy out?
It's been pretty low maintenance. Please do not feel obligated to help, this is
already done for you but a few asked about assigning a “captain” monthly.

We could have a different nation take this on monthly:
- find 4 hosts from their team (preferably not your highest IPA people in a lot of activity,
don't distract them. I had DMs who LOVE arbonne but isn't building a big team at the
moment. This gives them a special place on the team to feel important especially if
they are up for the challenge. It's easy, they have a script!)
- find a VP to speak each week. Ask their preferred health topic or product.
- Assign someone (or do it yourself) to track the PCs that attended at least 2 out of the
4 webinars (it should be easy as these videos are pinned and the PC comments and
tag their IC so we can easily track)
- NVP mails the free gift at the end of the month to the winner. The host
announces/draws the winner name AND THEIR IC name on the last wednesday
webinar

TESTIMONIALS
Ask your peeps to post their testimonial in your team FB group.
Check that these are compliant, and let the inactive ICs in the group see the testimonials. Once a day take a look at them and see if anything is questionable.
Then have them post it in the HLS group.
By the next week the RVPs and AMs will know enough about what a compliant testimonial will look like and they can check their peeps testimonials. A week of extra work to have a future of great testimonials!
2. Use key words that are likely to be words someone would search for.
i.e. if you post a recipe, use the word recipe in the post, as opposed to, "This is yummy - try it!"
