April to June 2025 RMTS Response Rate
Percentage of On-time Submissions for Random Moment Time Study Shows Improvement
The April-June 2025 Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) surveys have been submitted and tabulated for the quarter.
The RMTS response rates are indicated in the graph below and are divided by Cost Pool:
AOP - Staff who are in the unique position of identifying, enrolling and referring students to health related services.
Case Management - Resource Room Teachers and Teacher Consultants who develop IEPs/IFSPs and meet with Direct Service staff who provide ancillary services.
Direct Service - Ancillary staff who provide health services, such as Speech, Social Work, OT/PT, Direct Nursing Services, Audiology, Behavior Analysis and Counseling.
Personal Care - Paraprofessional staff who assist students with daily living skills, redirection/intervention for behavior and are based on the health needs of the student, is indicated Yes in the IEP and detailed in the Authorization for Medicaid Services.
During the April - June 2025 quarter, each cost pool successfully met the 85% requirement for on-time submissions. Well done, Wayne County!
As we prepare to kick off the 2025-26 school year, please advise staff to check their email at least every other school day and search for notifications from Public Consulting Group (PCG) MIAOP@PCGUS.COM for the link to their assigned RMTS survey.
RMTS Honor Roll April to June 2025
Staff Pool Participants Who Submitted Their Survey Within 48 Hours
Congratulations to the Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) participants who submitted their survey responses within the required 48-hours, or two scheduled school days, during the April through June 2025 quarter!
Staff with x2, x3, x4 and one staff member in the county with x5 after their name received and responded to two, three, four or five individually assigned surveys during the quarter.
Please share this information with your team, building administration and your superintendent. Let everyone know that these participants are now on the RMTS Honor Roll and that their diligence and attention to submitting their survey on time is greatly appreciated and has a positive, direct impact on your district or academy's Medicaid reimbursement funding.
Tips and Training Link for RMTS
When you receive an email from Public Consulting group (PCG), MIAOP@PCGUS.COM, you will need to complete a five to six question survey. Your assigned survey is for a specific minute of a specific date.
Here are some quick tips to help you successfully submit your survey responses:
1. Complete your survey as soon as possible.
- Surveys must be submitted within 48-hours, or two scheduled school days.
2. Be honest when answering your questions.
- Moments might be when you're doing something personal, and that is OK.
3. Be descriptive and clear.
- You're less likely to require a follow-up survey.
4. Remember to click Submit to complete your survey.
- Until you submit your moment, you will keep getting "incomplete RMTS" emails.
The two links below have additional quick tips and a training video link that walks you through completing and submitting an RMTS survey.
