Message from HHS Leadership Team
Student and Family Surveys
We want to share an update following a recent review of our District’s survey practices. During this review, we identified that the processes outlined in our District Survey Policy were not fully followed in connection with two surveys administered this year: the Weighted Grades Survey and the Senior Survey.
We take our responsibility to follow established procedures for information collection seriously, including ensuring transparency and appropriate handling of participant responses.
As a result, we are offering individuals the option to have their responses removed from these survey data sets. If you would like your (or your student’s) information removed, please send a request to Michelle.Kuhl@Hopkinsschools.org.
In your message, please include the name of the survey and the name of the individual whose data you would like removed. Upon receipt of your request, we will remove the information from the data set.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure our practices align fully with our policies and maintain the trust of our community.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
