This photo of Mrs. Wagner's Life Skills class made me smile - last week students made some amazing macaroni and cheese (ask me how I know😋). I love that our high school offers students classes that allow them to learn how to work with others, and learn how to be self-sufficient successful adults. A few things I wanted to make sure you have on your radar and are aware of:

• GSRP Preschool Program: Our program is thriving with just a few openings left. GSRP enrollment continues beyond K-12 enrollment. If you know eligible preschool students who have not yet enrolled, please encourage them to reach out. A flyer is below.

• Volunteering Opportunities: We’ve seen an influx of volunteers this year—thank you! We always welcome support at the junior/senior high school and elementary levels. A volunteer form is linked below, or feel free to contact me directly, and I will setup you up.

• Parent-Teacher Conferences: NEXT week! If you have an elementary student, you should have a scheduled conference. For middle and high school, we hope to see you during the open conference times this week. Details are below under events.

Plus, next Thursday, it’s National Apple Crunch Day! 🏴‍☠️🍏 To celebrate, we’ll serve local apples in the cafeteria for all students to enjoy together. It’s a great way to highlight healthy snacking and support local farms. We hope everyone joins in!
