As we enter the final two weeks of the school year, I want to take a moment to thank all of our Kohlberg families for your continued partnership and support. It’s been a wonderful year full of growth, learning, and memorable moments!

We are looking forward to celebrating our students' achievements during our upcoming awards assemblies. As a reminder, each student may have up to two guests attend their assembly. We kindly ask that you help us honor this limit to ensure we have enough space and seating for everyone.

Also, please remember that daily attendance remains extremely important, even in these last weeks. Teachers are continuing instruction, reviewing key concepts, and helping students finish the year strong. Every day counts!

Let’s finish the year with energy and pride. We’re so grateful to be on this journey with you and your child.

Fond Farewell, Kohlberg Family!

As we are coming to the end of our school year with all of the awards assemblies, parties, performances, and activities I want to express my deep appreciation and love for all the students, faculty, parents, and staff that I have had the pleasure to work with at Kohlberg for the past ten and a half years. Some of you may have already heard that this is my last year as your school counselor at Kohlberg. I will always treasure my time as a Coyote. I will be retiring as of June 6th to spend more time with my family.

I have loved greeting your children in the mornings as they walk in the building, teaching lessons each month about the "word of the month", talking to them in the cafeteria during lunch, planning special events, and just watching them play with their friends.

I am also so thankful that I have been able to be there at times when students needed to talk to someone in times of need whether large or small. I have absolutely loved my job as a school counselor.

There is never a dull moment being around children!

It has been my privilege to watch so many students grow up from PK to fifth grade and some of the students who were in second grade when I came to Kohlberg will be back to walk our halls as Franklin graduates! It has been such a joy to see our students mature, grow, and thrive. I am so proud of all of them, and I will come back to visit and volunteer from time to time and keep you all in my heart always.

Many blessings to you all.
