Dear Hirsch Hawk Families,
We are excited to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our amazing students during Awards Day this Friday, May 3rd for Pre-K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade, according to the following schedule:
Pre-Kindergarten 8:30 a.m.
1st Grade 12:15 p.m.
2nd Grade 9:45 a.m.
3rd Grade 1:30 p.m.
4th Grade 11:00 a.m.
To help the day run smoothly and ensure a positive experience for everyone, please take note of the following important reminders:
✅ Pre-Registration Is Required (Pre-registration Link)
All visitors must pre-register in order to receive their name badge in advance. This allows us to send the badge home with your child before Friday and helps you bypass long check-in lines. Even if you pre-register, you must bring your state-issued ID with you to campus.
✅ Early Check-Out Procedures (Paper form was sent home last week)
If you plan to check your child out after the awards ceremony, you must complete and return the Early Check-Out Form that was sent home. No additional forms will be available at the door.
If the form is not returned in advance, you will be required to wait in the front office line to check out your child.
✅ Plan for Crowds and Limited Seating
We are expecting a large number of guests and ask for your patience during arrival, seating, and dismissal. Please also be aware that seating will be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We can’t wait to celebrate our students and the fantastic year they’ve had. Thank you for your support, cooperation, and for partnering with us to make this day a memorable one for our Hawks!
Additionally, we will honor our Kindergarten graduates on Wednesday, May 28, at 9:00 a.m.. (Kinder Pre-Registration Link); and our 5th grade graduates at 6:00 p.m. (No registration required for evening events). If you are attending the Kinder graduation, remember the link for pre-registration closes on Friday at 2 pm before the Memorial Day weekend).
