Welcome back to all the returning and new students. I am the counselor for 3rd; 4th and 5th grades. This is my 10th year here at De Zavala and I look forward to working with all of our students. I am passionate about helping students grow not only academically but also emotionally. Mental health plays such an important role in a child’s success, and I want every student to feel supported and capable. feel free reach out for any assistance needed.

Welcome back!! This is my third year at De Zavala, I've been in education for 24 years. I am thrilled at the opportunity to serve as one of your school counselors. I am the counselor for PreK; KG; 1st and 2nd. I look forward to collaborating with you to educate the whole child. If you need any assistance, please feel free to email or call me. I am passionate about school counseling because I get to have a positive impact on students. Teaching coping techniques and creating a safe space for them to feel comfortable expressing their needs is crucial for their overall well-being.
