Good Evening,

Illustrative Math, Fundations, Wit and Wisdom, district wide assessments, discovering new tools, classroom communities, Book Buddies, Cole the Fish, Find A Way Friday, lunch codes, Fat Bear Week, I could go on and on, but these are just some examples of what I hear and see as I entered different classrooms throughout Talbot this week.

Often times when you ask your child, "How was your day at school?", they may respond with, "good". Then you may follow up with "What did you do?", and they may answer, "nothing". Don't be fooled, these one or two word answers are typical, but rest assure "nothing" at Talbot is a whole lot of learning AND fun!

Panorama Survey

During the 2026-2027 school year, we will continue to use the Panorama survey for students in Grades 3-12. Survey data helps us determine if we are meeting students’ learning needs and to evaluate the progress of our social-emotional learning practices. District Wide Grade 5 Band Night

5th Grade Band Instrument Night is NEXT Wednesday, September 30th, at the Maria Chapman Middle School. It will run from 6:30-7:30PM. Families may come to pick up their RENTAL instruments anytime between 6:30-7:30PM.
