Parent Teacher Conferences

PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING
PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES AT THE HIGH SCHOOL
Parent-teacher conferences are a chance to connect with your child(ren)'s teachers for a 5-10-minute conference. It is a great way to hear about what students are learning in class, an opportunity for us to learn more about our students, and a time to discuss ways to help one another and support the learning process. Students are encouraged and welcome to attend with their parent(s)/guardian(s).
New this year and again this spring!
We know families may need some flexibility in how they connect during Parent-Teacher Conferences, so this year we will be offering 10-minute scheduled spots for in-person, phone, or virtual conferences through Google Meet. After trying this format earlier this year, we had overwhelming support to continue to offer this again this spring.
Appointment slots are available via Skyward Family Access. You may schedule by noon the day of conferences.

Click “ALL CONFERENCES” to see a list of teachers and available appointment times
When selecting a spot, please choose the method you want to attend with (in-person, phone, or virtual). We also know that this date and time might not work for all of you, so if none of the available times do, please email the specific teacher(s) to set aside a different time or date for the conferences.
For those who choose the virtual or phone option, the links/phone numbers to contact your teachers will be sent a few days prior to the conference. (Some shared staff will not be available on March 7th, but will you may contact them to set up another date and time to meet or call.) Should you have any questions, please reach out to your teacher.
