Dear Caregivers,

We are excited to let you know that this year we’ll be using ParentSquare to communicate

with you at the school, and in your classrooms and groups. ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school to connect.

With ParentSquare you’ll be able to:

• Receive all district, school and classroom communication via email, text, or app
• View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events
• Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring items

Later today you will be receiving an email to register your account. We strongly encourage all caregivers to register in order to access all the great features ParentSquare has to offer.

If there is information incorrect with your contact information, please reach out to your school's office to have the information updated.

ParentSquare provides a centralized place for all things school communications. With ParentSquare, caregivers have the option to download an app while also receiving calls, texts, and emails like before.

ParentSquare also offers direct messaging with your student's teachers that provides real-time translations to relieve communication barriers.

All school staff will be strongly encouraged to communicate with families using the ParentSquare features.
