New Information

New Information:

2nd grade program is on Monday evening. Students and families will enter through the bus lane at the back of the building. Doors will open at 5:45. Program starts at 6:00. Students are asked to be here at 5:45. See the music Google Classroom below if you have any questions.
Eat Freddy's on Monday night and say you are from Young Elementary. We will get a percent of the proceeds to help fund the end of the year fun at BYE.
There will be no school on Friday, February 13th. Enjoy a three day weekend.
Does your child ride the bus? Help us out by reminding them the bus rules. Some general rules include: stay seated, talk to those around you, use an inside voice, keep hands and feet to self, and save snacks until they get home. We will be visiting with some of our riders this week to remind them of the bus rules.

Help us Spread the Love!! It is almost February and we LOVE so many things about Young Elementary! Please complete this form to thank a staff member that you LOVE working at Young Elementary? Let us know! Tell us why!! Let's celebrate things we love in the month of February. All responses will be given to staff members for Valentine's Day!

There is no better way to celebrate National Wear Red Day than by renewing our Heart Safe School Status! Our Heart Safe team is truly top notch. They responded quickly and efficiently to a recent cardiac emergency drill and were fully prepared when Springdale Paramedics arrived. We are incredibly grateful to have such a dedicated and well-prepared team to keep our school safe. In fact, the designation team said that Young "set the bar extremely high" for all the schools that are re-designating this year.❤️

Congratulations to the BYE Teacher of the Year!
