A Note From the Principal
Dear Families,
The school year is off to a great start, and both staff and students are excited about learning. Our new students are adjusting well to the "Weaver Way" and making new friends. If you are a new family and feel your child needs a little extra support during this transition, please feel free to reach out to our school counselor.
Students are thrilled about the upcoming Color Run. We truly appreciate all the hard work done by our PTO, volunteers, and staff to encourage our students to participate. This is our largest fundraiser of the year, and your support makes a huge difference.
As a friendly reminder, please label your student’s jackets and coats. Having names on items helps us return lost belongings directly to their owners rather than adding to our growing lost-and-found pile. It is also better for the environment, as keeping track of our gear reduces the need for replacement jackets during the colder months.
As the weather cools down, I hope you enjoy taking nice nature walks together and connecting what your child is learning in our Weaver magnet programming with the world around them.
Thank you for everything you do for our school community.
Sincerely,
Dr. Ronald Salazar
