Invited panelists include Attorney Katie Barnett, Veterinarian Pete Rucker, Jessica Steele, KC Pet Project, Police Chief Greg Dull, & Resident Angela Argit. City Council has completed first reading of an ordinance that would eliminate specific breed ban & leave dangerous dog ordinance intact. We are inviting a respectful exchange of ideas.
