Transportation Form Reminder

All families are required to complete a transportation form each school year.

If your student will be riding a Lakeland Area Bus, please take a few moments to complete the transportation form using the link below.

Submitting the form annually helps ensure the transportation information is accurate and up to date for the upcoming school year.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Lakeland Area Bus Service is requiring all families with students who ride the bus to use the designated parent app for transportation information. The app will provide important updates regarding your child's bus route and help keep families informed throughout the school year.

We encourage all bus-riding families to download the app and complete the registration process as soon as possible to ensure you receive timely transportation information throughout the school year.

If you need assistance setting up the app or have questions regarding your student's transportation, please contact Lakeland Area Bus Service directly. They will be available during Open House also.

At MHLT, we believe that supporting our students means supporting the whole family. As we head into the upcoming holiday and winter seasons, we want to ensure all of our students have exactly what they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Through the generosity of our community partners, staff, and local donation programs, we are incredibly fortunate to have a variety of resources available to share. If your family could benefit from any of the resources listed below, please complete our confidential Holiday Resource Request Form.

Simply check the resources you are interested in, and our school staff will coordinate with the appropriate organization(s) on your behalf. This way you do not need to contact multiple organizations or fill out multiple forms.

All requests will be handled discreetly and respectfully. Completing the form indicates that you are interested in receiving assistance but does not guarantee that assistance will be available.
