The Pieper High School Newsletter - October 20, 2023
Greetings, Warrior Families!
This week on Wednesday, October 25th, Comal ISD is hosting the College, Career, and Military fair at Davenport High School. This districtwide event is a wonderful opportunity to visit with over seventy-five colleges, businesses, and military branches. Details are listed in the flyer of our Upcoming October Events section of the newsletter.
A request that I need to pass along to everyone. When picking up students after school, please do not pull into Handicap Accessible parking spots to wait for you child unless you are properly credentialed to be there. I understand that some may feel it is not convenient to have to wait in the pickup line, but it is even more inconvenient for the members of our community who are in need of access to those spots. With after school events occurring daily, it is imperative that we keep those parking spots for those who are properly credentialed. I appreciate your support in this matter.
Never hesitate to reach out to administration with anything you may need. I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
With Warrior Pride!

NOTE FROM OUR ATTENDANCE OFFICE
Attendance Matters!
“Goals on the road to achievement cannot be achieved without discipline and consistency.” Denzel Washington
The 2nd 9 weeks has begun and with this new beginning comes new goals. Visit with your student to discuss things that went great the first 9 weeks and where they want to see change! Consistent attendance is key to their success and if the first 9 weeks presented challenges in this area, talk about small ways to improve. Small improvements can have big outcomes!
Attend Today – Thrive Today, Tomorrow, and Beyond!
