Kuhlman Earns Eagle Scout
Junior Ethan Kuhlman earned the honor of Eagle Scout which was presented at his Court of Honor on April 6th. For his project, he completed two complete bridge builds at East Fork State Park on their mountain biking trails. Way to go, Ethan!
Falcon Forward Day
Our purpose for Falcon Forward Day is to incorporate a service initiative with a reward for our students as a result of their hard work. This program is designed to promote student leadership, service, school spirit, and engagement. We want to create an opportunity for a day of service and joy on our campus and to help rekindle the nostalgia of the high school experience.
Students and staff went into the community and across the campus on Friday, April 26th to give back. Students participated in volunteer activities at Camp Graham, Cape May, Cowan Lake, Clinton-Massie Elementary, YMCA, and Clinton-Massie High School. They also participated in team competitions and fun activities in the afternoon ranging from dodgeball and cornhole to inflatables and tie-dying t-shirts. It was a successful event, and we appreciate the support and flexibility of our staff to make it happen.

Month of the Military Child
On April 25th, CMHS and CMMS collaborated to celebrate the military-connected children in our buildings. Students from both buildings were treated to a pizza lunch that was sponsored by Sergeant First Class Bryan J. Converse from the Ohio Army National Guard.
The Defense Department celebrates military children during the month of April. There are more than 1.6 million military children who face many challenges and unique experiences as a result of their parents' service. Each year, the DOD joins national, state and local government, schools, military serving organizations, companies, and private citizens in celebrating military children and the sacrifices they make.
We appreciate the sacrifice of our military service members and their families.
Blessed with a Dress
Students from the CM Leadership course invited Blessed with a Dress to our campus at the beginning of April. This organization, which provides dresses, suits, shoes, jewelry, and ties, set up a pop up shop for our students to peruse. All items from the shop are free. Kathryn Hodge and Ava Dondero were integral components to the success of this first year of hosting the organization. We hope to bring Blessed with a Dress back again next year!
CMHS Awareness Project
Don't be afraid to utilize the resources provided by our new Clinton-Massie Awareness Project! The new program is designed to bring awareness to the resources that we offer here at Clinton-Massie.
