Glenwood's PTG is looking for Penncrest volunteers so they can advertise childcare during their PTG Meetings this year: Glenwood PTG Meeting - Childcare Volunteers.

The Media Food Bank has a need for Spanish - language speakers to help clients navigate the weekly menu and answer questions. Penncrest Spanish language students aged 15 and over who have completed Spanish III, are in Spanish IV, El Mundo, El Cine, or AP Spanish, or native Spanish speakers aged 15 and over are encouraged to consider this opportunity. Graduates and parents/guardians are more than welcome, too!

Please use this link to sign up. Ideally we'll have two students per shift. This is a great way to connect with the community, practice your language skills, do some good, and accrue service hours!

Shifts are 6:00-8:00 every Thursday night, and 1:00- 2:00 every Sunday.

Please contact Mrs. Montich (dmontich@rtmsd.org) or the Media Food Bank (info@firstchurchmedia.org) with questions.

The book sale in support of the Media-Upper Providence Free Library (Front & Jackson Sts, Media) is looking for some help in cleaning up after the sale. On November 3 (Election Day -- no school), we will be moving boxes of unsold books from the library basement up to the parking lot. It's a bit of heavy lifting, but you'll never feel more appreciated!

When signing up, PLEASE use your HOME EMAIL ADDRESS. We are unable to get through the RTMSD firewall. Also, please leave a cell phone number so we can contact you in case plans change.

If you have any questions, please email: librarysalemupl@gmail.com
