The Weekly Update #27-8

Herbert Hoover Middle School
Dear Hoover community,
Today, our Hoover teaching staff came together for a meaningful day of Professional Development. This dedicated time allows our teams to collaborate, strengthen their skills, and grow as professionals so we can provide your children with the highest quality education.
Professional Development is not a day off- it is an important investment in the continued learning and growth of our teachers. Their commitment to lifelong learning directly benefits our students, as the knowledge, strategies, and skills gained throughout the day will be brought back into the classroom to enhance student learning and success.
Thank you to those 8th grade families who attended the Parent Tea on Tuesday morning. We hope you found the information helpful as you navigate this year and your transition to high school. The slides from the Parent Tea will be on the Hoover Website.
We appreciate your continued partnership in making our school a supportive and inspiring place for all students.
