🎓 Diploma Pickup Information for Seniors & Parents 🎓
Dear Seniors and Senior Parents,
Congratulations once again on this incredible milestone! We’re excited to announce the details for diploma pickup at Jordan High School.
📅 Pickup Day: Wednesday, May 27
🕘 Time:
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Please note: There will be a lunch break from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM during which pickup will be unavailable.
📍 Location: Jordan High School Rotunda
🚫 Who Can Pick Up Diplomas?
Only students and parents/guardians are authorized to pick up diplomas.
Unfortunately, we cannot release diplomas to siblings, friends, or extended family members. 📝
If you cannot make pickup on May 27th, Diploma may be picked up during summer hours Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 11:00 am. Must have ID.
Final Transcript Information
📤 Final High School Transcripts will be sent out in early June.
- Be sure your Enrollment Decision is entered in SchooLinks, as that is where we will send your final transcript!
🏛️ Dual Credit Transcript (e.g., from HCC or other colleges):
You are responsible for sending your dual credit transcripts directly to your college/university.

🎓 Need a Transcript After Graduation (as an Alumni)?
➡️ Order Alumni Transcript Senior Year End Activity: Due May 1st - As you all decide where you are going/doing after high school, click the enrollment decision in Schoolinks and complete the GRADUATION REQUIREMENT under your to-do list for the month of May! You must know all decisions to complete.
