SENIOR FAMILIES
Because the last day for senior is May 22, their fourth quarter is abbreviated to approximately 5 weeks and a week finals. It is very important that seniors pass their third quarter classes and perform well for the five weeks following spring break. We--teachers, counselors, and administrators--are talking to seniors regularly about their upcoming graduation and the importance of maintaining their focus. We know that some of them could flag in the last stretch and we want to ensure that all students are on the stage and ready to celebrate their accomplishment on May 26 with you cheering them.
Direct Admit to CCBC for BCPS Students
BCPS is proud to announce that ALL graduating seniors now have a smoother, faster and more accessible path to early acceptance at the Community College of Baltimore County through a new partnership called Direct Admit. This opportunity streamlines the admission process, provides a simplified path to early admission, information, resources, and financial aid at CCBC. For most students, CCBC tuition will be low cost or free.
All you need to do is check your BCPS email from Direct Admit on Monday, March 16th and complete a brief confirmation form for acceptance. Additional information can be found at https://www.ccbcmd.edu/direct.
Have questions or need help accessing your BCPS email? Please see your School Counselor.

Cash and check cannot be accepted.
Doors open at 5:00 pm and the drawing starts at 6:00 pm on March 25th. The event is fun so please attend! Volunteer Parents will be providing food and refreshments to make you comfortable.
