Happy 10th Week of the 3rd 9 Weeks (this is a 10 week grading period)! We are only days away from Spring Break.

For last week, at elementary teachers have been working on depth of knowledge to prepare for upcoming STAAR tests. At secondary, all STAAR tested subjects administered mock STAAR EOC tests. Our baseball team played in Campbell on Tuesday winning 18-3. Way to go! They also played Thursday through Saturday in a tournament in Campbell. We had students from both campuses participate in the East Texas State Fair Academic Rodeo, celebrated Leap Day, and had students from Ag Mechanics participate in the Rodeo Austin Junior Ag Mechanic Show.

As always, it is an honor and a privilege to be a part of the Yantis ISD Owl Family. Have a great week!
