This week can be difficult for many students, knowing there is a period of time away from their normal schedule coming up with the winter break. We have a lot of fun activities this week to help keep students engaged in learning. Please help make sure your student gets a lot of sleep this week.

Fire Drill This Week Fire Drill This Week

This week, our school will conduct a fire drill. We cannot share the exact date or time of the drill. The purpose of a fire drill is to practice the response to a fire inside our school. Staff will prepare students for the drill and support individual students as needed. We expect students to follow their teacher's instructions and walk quietly out of the school to the assembly area. The drill will end with an "All Clear" announcement. Staff will escort students back into the school at the end of the drill. Learn more about safety drills and the Standard Response Protocol on our website. If you have questions, please contact the front office.

SafeOregon. Feel Safe. Be Safe. SafeOregon. Feel Safe. Be Safe.

All kids should feel safe and be safe at school. SafeOregon gives kids, parents, schools, and their communities a way to confidentially or anonymously report safety threats or potential acts of violence. Together, we'll empower people to speak out and spark change. One tip can save a life.

Every Student Belongs Every Student Belongs

If you believe a bias incident has occurred, there are two ways to report the incident, our HSD Mobile App and Oregon Safe. These incidents could be student to student, student to staff, or staff to student.
