Richmond Hill Athletics News-September 2024
Message from the Athletic Director
Wildcat Nation,
We usually start the newsletter off with all the great things in Richmond Hill Athletics, and the remainder of the newsletter will highlight just that.
For this message, we want to send a heartfelt shoutout to the incredible Richmond Hill community for coming together in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Debby and the subsequent flooding. Your resilience and unwavering support for one another during this challenging time has been nothing short of inspiring. From neighbors helping neighbors to local businesses stepping up to provide essential resources, you have shown what it truly means to be a community. Your collective strength and compassion are what make Richmond Hill such a special place, and we are proud to call this community home. Thank you for rallying together and showing the power of unity in the face of adversity, and setting the model example for all of our young men and women, who we have the pleasure of working with day in and day out. That is what Build The Hill truly means!

Team Spotlight
RH Football
The Wildcats are thrilled to kick off the 2024 season with a renewed sense of purpose and determination, embracing the motto "This Moment." As we embark on our final season at our current stadium, the team is both honoring the past and looking forward to an exciting future.
The Wildcats opened the season in impressive fashion, securing a commanding 31-12 victory against Glynn Academy. Senior Caleb Easterling, with the support of our formidable offensive line, delivered an outstanding performance on offense. On the other side of the ball, our defense stood strong, shutting down the Red Terrors of Glynn.
Looking ahead, all home games will kick off at 7 PM. The Wildcats will face Everglades on 8/30/24, followed by an away game at Pooler Stadium against New Hampstead on 9/6.
With every player fully committed, the Wildcats are poised to make this a season to remember, both for our fans and the legacy we leave behind in our beloved stadium.
