Primary Families -

It’s been a fun and spirited Homecoming Week at Primary! As we head into the weekend, here are a few important reminders for families:

  • Our Fall Fundraiser ends today, and today is Bring Your Brochures to School Day! If your child forgot to bring their brochure, no worries, please send it to school on Tuesday. More fundraiser details can be found in the PTO section below.
  • The Homecoming football game is tonight! We hope to see lots of our Primary Wildcats there cheering on the Wildcats! Information about tonight’s game is included below.
  • Reminder - There is no school on Monday as it is a staff development day. We will see everyone back in school on Tuesday.
  • Fall Conference sign-up is now open for conferences on October 12, 13, and 14. The sign-up link and additional details are outlined below.
  • Picture retakes are next Wednesday, October 7th. If you would like your child's picture re-taken, please let their teacher know. Tuesday/Thursday preschool parents and M/W/F afternoon can bring their child to have their picture taken between 8-8:45 and 9:30-11:45 on that day. Kids in preschool or Kids Club on Wednesday morning will be brought by their teacher for re-takes.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Minnesota’s Permanent School Fund

This November, Minnesota voters will see a constitutional amendment on the ballot related to the Permanent School Fund—a long-standing fund that helps support public schools across the state. The proposed amendment would update how money from the fund can be distributed to Minnesota school districts while preserving the fund for future generations. It’s an important topic for Minnesota schools and communities, and we encourage residents to learn more before heading to the polls. he amendment does not create a new tax or increase individual income or property taxes.
