Class Of 2024

Seniors, we congratulate you on your accomplishments, and the success you have achieved to this point. Take time to thank those who have been instrumental in helping you reach this milestone. You now stand at the starting line of life and what a great moment it is!

Our goal and hope is that this final year is filled with memories as we inch closer to graduation. The senior leadership students will be hard at work developing initiatives and activities that honors past traditions and builds on the successes gained over the past four years.

Please plan on submitting a senior photo to Mr. Porter for the yearbook. Please also submit a baby picture, childhood pictures and senior pictures to Ms. Willer for the senior slideshow. All pictures are due no later than March 15th.

Mark your calendars for May 23rd, as this will be the last day for seniors and one to remember. Senior Awards will begin at 1:50 p.m. in the main gym, families and community are welcome! We will recognize senior accomplishments, scholarships, and achievements in front of our student body, families, and community members. Immediately following will be the Senior Walk. The Class of 2024 will roam the halls of GVHS one last time. The Senior Walk will conclude outside the main doors where families and community members can gather for pictures and celebration.

Attached is a refrigerator flier of important dates for our seniors. Please use this as a checklist while we progress through this final year. Please know that things such as activities/athletics can change and they are sometimes out of our control. We will communicate as soon as possible should changes occur. If you have questions please contact the school.

Seniors, we congratulate you and thank you for your patience and perseverance! Great things are still to come. The future is yours and the direction of your future occurs not by chance but by preparation. Take advantage of opportunities that arise; you will be glad you did!
