Dear Parents and Guardians:

We’re excited to welcome you and your child to the new school year, beginning Monday, August 24th. Transportation and bus pass details will be sent to eligible students shortly. If you haven’t received them by Friday, August 21st, please call the Transportation Office at 610-861-0360.

Our regular school hours are 8:05 a.m. to 3:05 p.m., but the first day has a special schedule. Sixth-grade students should arrive at 8:05 a.m. Seventh- and eighth-graders will begin three hours later, at 11:05 a.m. This staggered start allows sixth-graders to get comfortable with their new environment. During this time, they’ll meet their teachers and classmates, locate their lockers, visit classrooms, and participate in orientation activities. Buses will run on the adjusted schedule for seventh- and eighth-graders (just add three hours to the scheduled pick-up time on the bus card).

Please make note of your child’s homeroom. Students will report to this location upon arrival on the first day (see arrival/dismissal map for arrival gathering location.) Full schedules will be available for review in the Synergy ParentVUE and StudentVue apps as of August 17th. If you need assistance with your log-in information, please reach out to the main office.

In this letter is a copy of the procedure for student drop-offs and pick-ups. For safety reasons, our parking lot is off-limits on all school days. Parking lot related congestion requires that all student drop-offs and pick-ups be restricted to Chester Road to ensure student safety.

We have an active parent association and warmly invite you to join in. The first meeting is on Wednesday, September 2, at 9:30 a.m. in the Parent Center. Additionally, we encourage your child to participate in our many extracurricular activities throughout the year.
