Registration Now Open for Three Paid Enrichment Classes
This fall we are excited to offer three paid enrichment classes that will be offered during ASE; Chess, Code Wiz and Ja Shin Do (Karate). Classes start next week!
- Chess with Chess Wizards - Chess classes and lessons are based around the original, fun, and high-energy Chess Wizards curriculum. Regardless of a child’s ability Chess Wizards makes chess fun for all!
- Coding with Code Wiz - Code Wiz is an award-winning coding school for children! We believe every child has an inner genius and tons of creativity just waiting to be unlocked!
- Ja Shin Do (Karate) - Grand Master Instructor Kwan Jang Nim Ms. Camille teaches students the martial arts of Ja Shin Do. The course develops the Five S’s of Ja Shin Do: Self Discipline, Self Respect, Self Esteem, Self Control, Self Confidence.
Please Note: Due to the increasing costs, we find it necessary to adjust the pricing for our classes this year. Additionally, we will no longer be able to supplement classes that are underutilized. If we cannot reach the minimum enrollment for a class, we will offer a refund or a credit to your ASE MySchoolBucks account. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Early Dismissal Day Program - October 1 Deadline
Please note that your ASE tuition and enrollment does not include attendance during early dismissal days.
ASE students who regularly attend on the day of an early dismissal are eligible to sign up for the Early Dismissal Day Program. ED program days end at 5:00 pm for MCS staff trainings. Currently all early dismissal days are scheduled for Wednesdays. If your child is enrolled in the Tues/Thurs weekly program option they are not eligible to attend.
Registration for the October 8th early dismissal day closes on Wednesday, October 1st. Registration closes a week prior to the scheduled ED day to allow our team time to plan for staffing and events. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late registrations.
Please click the link below to sign your child up for all ED days that they are qualified to attend at the start of the year or you can sign up as you go. Please note that there are no refunds or credits for ED days not attended and/or canceled.
ASE Clubs and Activities
After polling students about their favorite clubs and activities, our supervisors and staff have been hard at work, putting together an amazing lineup of clubs based on the interests of the students.
This week, each ASE program will host a "Club Fair" where students can explore a variety of clubs and discover new interests! It's a fantastic opportunity to sign up for the clubs that spark their passion. Best of all, ASE clubs and activities are included in tuition, and students are welcome to join at any time throughout the semester.
In our next newsletter, each site will share a detailed fall semester calendar, making it easy for families to keep track of club schedules, help their children plan, and know the perfect time for pick-up.
