Welcome Back
Dear Collegiate Families,
Welcome back to a brand-new school year at Collegiate Charter School of Lowell! We are so excited to see our students return and to partner with you in making this year a positive, meaningful, and successful one. Our school is more than just a place of learning—it’s a second home for your children, and we are deeply honored to walk alongside them as they grow.
Over the summer, our leadership team worked hard to review and update our school policies and handbook to better support student success.
Some of the most important updates include:
-
Cell Phones: We are now a Cell Phone Free School to ensure that learning and personal connections remain our top priority.
-
Attendance Policy: Updated to support consistency and responsibility in student learning.
-
Behavioral Policy: Revised to foster a culture of accountability, respect, and positivity.
You will find a detailed outline of these updates in the attached document. We encourage you to review them carefully with your child so we can start the year aligned and strong.
Our focus this year is on positivity—celebrating successes, learning from challenges, and working together as a supportive community. We will hold our students accountable, teach them valuable life lessons, and support them through both their triumphs and struggles. As one wise coach once reminded us, “believe”—and as another great dreamer said, “if you can dream it, you can do it.”
Thank you for trusting us with your child’s education and personal growth. We are thrilled to begin this journey with you and can’t wait to see all that our students will achieve this year!
With enthusiasm and gratitude,
Siobhan Quinlan Associate Principal
Steven Martin Assistant Principal

Attendance
Hello CCSLHS Families
Changes to our Attendance Policy
Student attendance is crucial to academic success, and we greatly appreciate your efforts in ensuring that students are present during school hours. To support their education, we kindly ask that family vacations be scheduled outside of school days whenever possible.
Our goal is to maintain a 95% daily attendance rate for the year.
Thank you for your partnership in fostering a strong learning environment for our students.
At the High School attendance is vital. Students can not miss more than 10 days in a year excused or unexcused or they will lose credit in their classes.
Below are the attendance documents in Khmer, Spanish, English, Portugues. Translated via Google Translate so it maybe off slightly

Uniform Donations
We are in desperate need of uniforms donated in adult sizes for our closet please? Hand me downs in good condition would be great! If you could send them in with your student and have them drop them off in the main office that would be amazing. Thank you
