Insight PA uses ParentSquare as our primary communication tool. You will receive emails and text messages from the ParentSquare platform. If you would like to opt out of text messages, you will have the option to reply to a message to opt out. To ensure the safety of all students, only a child's parent or legal guardian will receive communications from Insight PA.
For a brief introduction to the platform, please watch this video. More information will be provided at Orientation.
To log in to ParentSquare, navigate to https://www.parentsquare.com/signin.
We encourage you to set up your ParentSquare account as soon as possible. When registering with ParentSquare please use the same email and phone number that you have provided to Insight PA.
Students will access StudentSquare through Google Single Sign On (SSO). Your child's Google username and password will be emailed to you from the Insight PA IT Team.
Parent Portal - New This Year!
The PowerSchool Parent Portal is an online portal accessible anywhere on the web that parents and guardians can log in to and see information about all their students in one place, including grades, assignments, scores, attendance, schedules, and more. Students can also log into the portal to view their own information. More information about Parent Portal will be provided to you during Orientation.
Schoology
Your child's online curriculum can be found in the Schoology platform. To log in to Schoology, visit insightpa.schoology.com. Students will log in with Google Single Sign On (SSO). Family Income Form
If you have not done so already, don't forget to fill out the Family Income Form!
To complete the Family Income Form:

Family Information & Acknowledgements Survey
The Federal Government requires Insight PA to provide information about our families each year to receive federal and state funding. Much like the Family Income Form, the information you provide allows Insight PA to take advantage of federal and state programs that bring more funds to our school and allow for greater opportunities for all students.
You will also be asked to complete acknowledgements about the student handbook, on camera requirements, appropriate conduct, and student information access.
Our Family & Student Handbook is a great resource for any questions you may have! It can be found here on our website.
If you have not done so already, don't forget to fill out the Family Information & Acknowledgements Survey!
To complete the Family Information Survey:
- Please complete the following Google Survey.
- If you have not already done so, please complete this survey as soon as possible.
Medical Access Billing Consent
At Insight, school based medical access is streamlined to ensure students receive the supports they need. By signing the Medical Access Billing Consent Form, you allow the school to seek reimbursement for expenses from applicable sources. This process does not affect your personal insurance coverage or lead to any changes in your policy. The reimbursement helps the school manage costs while ensuring that services are provided appropriately to each qualifying student.
Updating Contact Information
If you move or have an address change throughout the School Year, please contact our Change of Address Team as soon as possible by emailing changeofaddress@insightpaschool.org.
If you have any other contact information changes (ex: phone number or email address) throughout the School Year, please contact our Student Records team as soon as possible by emailing studentrecords@insightpaschool.org.
Title I
What Is Title I?
Title I, Part A of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), is a federal program that provides financial assistance to schools. This funding is used to provide additional academic support and learning opportunities for students at schools with high percentages of economically disadvantaged children. The program is intended to help ensure that all students meet or exceed challenging state academic standards.
The goals of Title I are to:
- Increase academic achievement
- Provide direct instructional support to students
- Provide professional development for teachers
- Promote parent and family education and engagement
Parent and Family Engagement
Insight PA believes that Parent and Family Engagement is of paramount importance to student success. Every Title I school, in collaboration with parents, must prepare a school level Parent and Family Engagement policy. The Parent and Family Engagement Policy describes how the school will involve families in an organized, ongoing, and timely way, in the planning, review, and improvement of the Title I program at their school.
Please review our Parent and Family Engagement Policy, Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Parent and Family Engagement, School-Parent and Family Compact and Parent Right to Know on our website.
