Students in Mrs. Triplett’s Science class took learning to the lab as they explored egg osmosis! Using a de-shelled chicken egg to model a cell, students observed how water moves across a semipermeable membrane. This hands-on experiment brought science concepts to life and gave students an opportunity to see osmosis in action! 🔬🥚💧

Learning by doing—the Bulldawg Way! 🐾💙

September is Suicide Awareness Month, a time to bring awareness to suicide prevention, promote mental health, and remind one another that every life matters.

On Thursday, September 10, BSMS students and staff wore purple and teal to bring awareness to suicide prevention.

During our lunchtime assembly, Counselor Badie led an important conversation with students about recognizing warning signs, expressing emotions, asking for help, and supporting others who may be struggling. Our students were engaged, attentive, and actively participated in the discussion, showing that these conversations matter.

Speak up. Reach out. Listen. Support.

Together, we are creating a school community where students feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.

It’s time to come home, reconnect, and celebrate because Bulldawg Pride never graduates!

Mark your calendars for the Aberdeen School District Alumni Tailgate & Day Party on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 1:00–6:30 p.m.

We want to reiterate that the 1:00–6:30 p.m. Day Party timeframe is intentional and has been established with safety in mind. The safety and well-being of our alumni, students, staff, and community remain a priority as we plan this celebration.

We know there will be questions about the event, and we want our alumni and community to be part of the conversation. A meeting will be held in September 2, 2026, to discuss the Alumni Tailgate & Day Party in greater detail, including plans, expectations, logistics, and other important information. Meeting details will be announced soon.
