We will have a rack full of winter coats available for students and adults outside our building. If you see a jacket you love, take it! If you want to leave a jacket, leave it!

It's like our lending library but for coats. Love it or leave it!

Choosing Gratitude

Take moment to print the Character Strong focus each month. This month families are asked to come up with 10 things for which they are grateful. Instead of just coming up with a family list, ask your little one to put the list somewhere they will see it each day, so they can be reminded of what your family values.

This month students will be practicing gratitude! They will be working on gratitude postcards to peers or family members that they are grateful for. We will celebrate our practice of gratitude by having a gratitude bingo the day before Thanksgiving break. You can practice gratitude at home with your children using the resources in the newsletter.

Barrington Giving Day is coming around the corner and some of you may have received an email to register for it. Please check your email and spam folder to make sure you have it. If you have questions and did not get an email from them please email dori@barringtongivingday.org

WHAT CAN BE DONATED?

Gather gently used or new items for families in need: Coats, boots, hats, gloves, books, and blankets.
