Reminders about Arrival and Dismissal Procedures Reminders about Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

zoom_out_map

I would like to write a reminder about some of our arrival and dismissal procedures. The pre-k/k drop off line is getting delayed for various reasons.

  • Please ensure that you allow the volunteer get scholars out of the vehicle instead of your getting out.
  • Please do not drop off kids and then make a u-turn in the parking lot to go out the way they drove in to avoid waiting in the exit line.
  • Traffic backs up as other parents have to wait on them to turn around in that narrow space. That’s dangerous to turn around as other parents and staff are still coming in.

If scholars arrive after 8:05, then they must enter through the front entrance.

BUS TRANSPORTATION BUS TRANSPORTATION

Bus Assignments

Each scholar, new or returning, must register for Transportation services through their student skyward account. Students will only be scheduled on one school bus to one primary residential address.

A non-eligible student may not ride on a school bus unless they have received a Temporary Scholar pass from the home campus principal or other designated administrator.

Arrive at Pick-Up 5 Minutes Early

Times posted on this site reflect the expected time the bus should arrive during good weather. Inclement weather or traffic congestion may cause the route to run later than the posted time. We ask that all students be at their bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid missing the bus.
